Cancellation policy

Subscription Orders

When you purchase a Drowzen subscription, you'll receive automatic deliveries of sleep patches based on your selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.).

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically before each shipment. You'll receive an email notification before each billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation emails
  • Emailing us at info@drowzen.com with your order number

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy
  • No refunds for subscription orders already fulfilled

Subscription Changes

You can change your delivery frequency, skip shipments, or update your payment method at any time through your subscription management portal or by contacting us at info@drowzen.com.
