Shipping policy
Order Processing
Every Drowzen order is prepared with care to ensure your sleep patches arrive in perfect condition. Once you complete your purchase, our team begins processing your order within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. When your package ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your order's journey.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders.
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), delays may occur.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship free, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
International Orders & Customs
We ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. However, international customers should be aware:
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. Drowzen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Delays: International shipments must clear customs in your country, which can add 3-10 business days (sometimes longer) to delivery times. We cannot control or expedite customs processing.
Customs Documentation: You are responsible for providing accurate information if your customs authority contacts you. Packages refused or abandoned at customs will not be refunded.
Restricted Countries: We cannot ship to countries under international shipping restrictions or embargoes. Orders to these destinations will be canceled and refunded.
What We Cannot Control
Once your package leaves our facility and enters the carrier's network, delivery timing is beyond our control. We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions
- Customs delays, inspections, or hold-ups in your country
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your government
- Delivery attempts made when you're unavailable
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery to your address
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses you provided
- Postal strikes or service disruptions in your country
Address Accuracy Is Critical
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including complete addresses with postal codes and phone numbers. For international orders, ensure your address is written in English or includes English translation.
We cannot modify your shipping address once your order has been processed and shipped.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@drowzen.com. We'll attempt to redirect your package, but we cannot guarantee success and may charge additional fees for address correction services.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery will not receive automatic refunds. A restocking fee may apply.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see this email, check your spam folder.
Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours of shipment. International tracking may be limited once the package enters your country's postal system. If your tracking shows no movement after 72 hours, contact us at info@drowzen.com.
Delivery Issues
Package marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
First, check with household members, neighbors, building management, or any alternative delivery locations (garage, side door, mailroom). Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before actual drop-off. Wait 24-48 hours, then contact us if it still hasn't arrived.
Package appears damaged:
Refuse delivery or document damage with photos before opening. Contact us immediately at info@drowzen.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement.
Wrong item received:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@drowzen.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll send the correct item and arrange return of the wrong product at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but you never received your package, we recommend filing a police report for stolen packages and checking with neighbors and your building management.
Drowzen is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to your address. However, we'll work with you and the carrier to investigate. Each situation is evaluated individually, and we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change your order? Contact us immediately at info@drowzen.com.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it or modify the shipping address. At that point, you'll need to refuse delivery (package will return to us) or accept delivery and follow our return policy.
Shipping Restrictions
While we ship worldwide, we currently do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes or private mailbox services
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Freight forwarding addresses
Orders placed to these address types will be canceled and refunded.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, customs refusal, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email.
You may request reshipment at no additional cost for one reshipment attempt. After the second failed delivery attempt, no refund will be issued. Packages unclaimed or refused at customs after 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
