90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Drowzen sleep patches. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from receiving your order to request a refund.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at info@drowzen.com if you need to cancel before your order ships.

Eligibility Requirements

Due to the personal care nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used patches for hygiene and safety reasons. To be eligible for a return:

  • Patches must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • All original packaging and materials must be included
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • Return requests must be made within 90 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

Please email support@drowzen.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Refund approval is at our discretion based on the eligibility requirements above.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your patches are defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@drowzen.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used sleep patches (personal care/hygiene products)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders placed during promotional periods may have modified return terms

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order once your refund is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as opened sleep patches).

For unopened products within the EU, the standard return requirements above apply.

Refund Processing

Once we approve your refund request, you'll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@drowzen.com.
